Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your email boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect email messages from one electronic mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
